For: Admins and Managers

The Admin Console is the web side of Safe Food Pro, where you set up your account, manage your team, and keep an eye on your food safety records. You use it from a computer, while your team uses the Mobile App on the floor. Before you start adding anything, take two minutes to get familiar with how the Admin Console is laid out.

The menu on the left-hand side is how you move around the Admin Console. Here is what each area is for:

Your home base. The Dashboard shows how your team is tracking, including form completion and recent activity, so you can see at a glance whether your daily checks are being done.

Where all your form templates live. Use Forms to review, customise, schedule, and create the checks your team completes.

Where you add and manage the people in your account. Set each person's Access Level, create login accounts, and set up staff PINs for signing off forms.

Your fridges, freezers, and hot-holding units. Equipment you add here connects automatically to your Temperature Check forms.

Your delivery and maintenance companies. Suppliers you add here connect to your Delivery forms.

A central place to store documents your team may need, such as allergen charts, manuals, cleaning schedules, and training material.

Your business details and Food Plan Details. This is where you re-run the wizard that tailors your Food Control Plan, and where you keep the business information that appears on your verification reports.

Where you view, export, and analyse completed forms. Use this when monitoring your team and when preparing for a verification or audit.

Note: The exact areas you see can vary depending on your plan and Access Level.
