Understanding Work Ready Scores (SFP 5.1)

What counts toward a Work Ready Score, where it appears, and how it differs from the Compliance Score.

For: Admins and Managers

Note: Training Management is part of the Training Management Module. It's included in some plans and available as an add-on on others. To activate it, contact your Customer Success Manager or [email protected].

Your Work Ready Score shows how close a person, role or group is to being fully up to date with the training they need, so you can spot who to follow up with before a shift or a verification visit.

What counts toward a Work Ready Score

A Work Ready Score is the percentage of a person's (or group's) Required and Critical Requirements that are complete.

  • Required and Critical Assignments count the same. Critical changes how urgently it's flagged to the person, not the maths.

  • Optional Assignments are left out of the score entirely. Someone can leave every Optional item undone and still show 100%.

Where you'll see Work Ready Scores

  • The Matrix and Register

  • Staff profiles

  • Job Roles and User Groups

  • Suppliers

  • A person's Training Record

  • The header of the Excel export from the Register

Your business (or group) also has an overall Work Ready Score. It's a useful benchmark: if your business sits at 90% but one Line Cook is at 50%, that's a clear signal to follow up with them.

Work Ready Score vs Compliance Score

Work Ready Score is the completion percentage for a person or group. Compliance Score is the dual-ring indicator on the Matrix, showing a score for your current filter and an overall business score.
