Every Staff Record has a Training Record on its profile: one place to see everything that person needs to do, has completed, and has in progress. Use it to check where one person stands, or to pull their record for your verification visit.

Hover over Source to see how a Requirement was assigned, for example through the Line Cook Job Role.

Additional records shows anything completed that isn't linked to a Requirement, such as a resource reviewed, a quiz passed or a form completed outside Training. This section appears whether or not your plan includes Training.

Click any row to open it. For example, clicking a quiz opens the completed form

Any filters you've applied carry over into the export.
Click Export training record (PDF) at the top of the tab
Export the training record to Excel
Click the three-dot menu next to Export training record (PDF)

The PDF includes a link on each Requirement that opens it in Safe Food Pro. The Excel file includes a header block showing the staff member, who exported it, when, and any active filters.
Note: The links in the PDF only work fully for someone with an Admin Console login, such as your External Verifier.
Send someone their training link
Open the person's Training Record
Click the three-dot menu
Select Email training link or Copy training link
This needs External Requests turned on and an email address on their Staff Record. See Sending training through the External Portal.
