Resetting a Staff Member's Password

Learn how to send a password reset link to a staff member in Safe Food Pro, or how staff can reset their own password from the login screen.

For: Admins

If a staff member is unable to log in, you can send them a password reset link directly from their profile.


How to Send a Password Reset

  1. Log in to the Admin Console

  2. Navigate to Staff & Users

  3. Click on the staff member to open their profile

  4. Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner

  5. Select Reset Password

A reset link will be sent to the staff member's login email address.

Note: The reset link expires after 2 hours. If it has expired, repeat the steps above to send a new one.


If a Staff Member Is Locked Out

Staff members can also reset their own password from the login screen by selecting Forgot Password and entering their email address.

A reset link will be sent to the staff member's login email address.
