Resource Library Overhaul
We're thrilled to introduce significant updates to Resource Management in Safe Food Pro, designed to streamline how you organise, access, and share important documents. These enhancements will allow you to customise folder structures, manage multiple files at once, and locate essential documents faster than ever. Learn more here.
Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:
- Custom Folders – Create a personalised folder system that lets you organize files exactly the way you need, making it easier to locate essential documents.
- Subfolders – Gain added flexibility by grouping documents into subfolders, helping you keep similar files organised.
- Drag, Drop & Filter – Use drag-and-drop functionality to streamline file management, and apply filters to quickly find what you’re looking for.
- Bulk Upload – Upload multiple documents at once, saving you time and effort when managing large files.
- Custom Export – Easily export specific documents, simplifying training sessions and document sharing within your team.
- Merged Certificates & Documents – Access Certificates and Documents in one place for a streamlined review process, ensuring you can quickly find and verify key documents.
- Two-Way Assignment – Easily assign and manage your Equipment, Staff, and Supplier Resources directly from your Resource Library, helping keep all resources accurately tracked and accessible.
These new features make Safe Food Pro’s Resource Management even more effective for organising, sharing, and maintaining your food safety documentation.
Repeat Forms Mode
This feature will exist in your organisation today, but we wanted to highlight it. Learn more here.
Repeat Mode allows you to complete multiple instances of an Ad Hoc form consecutively. Instead of using repeating sections, you can activate Repeat Mode to save your form and immediately be prompted to fill out another. This eliminates the need to re-open or search for the form after completing one.
If you often log multiple forms at once, Repeat Mode is ideal for streamlining the process.
For example, if you receive multiple deliveries per day and prefer to log each one separately instead of in a single form, Repeat Mode saves you the hassle of manually finding the form each time.
We recommend this feature to be utilised on your Ad Hoc forms, not scheduled forms.
Best Before & Manufactured Date Restrictions
Avoid errors in your Staffs day to day by using the Date Answer type to set restrictions when using Best Before & Manufactured Dates. Learn more here.
Using the Date Answer type in the Form Builder you can now choose what dates your Staff can select based on the Date Type e.g.
- only allow past dates to be selected for Packed Dates
- only allow future dates to be selected for Use By Dates
Temperature Check Reject Range
Create an additional reject range for your Temperature checks to create a two-step corrective action process when monitoring your temperature checks. Learn more here.
Temperature Sensor Cooling Profile Enhancements
Improve your Cooling Process using our Temperature Sensor Cooling Profile answer type. We've introduced the ability to stop your Sensor readings when your upper target temperature has been hit. Learn more here.
Updated Colours and Visuals
