Repeat Mode
In this guide, you’ll learn when Repeat Mode can be useful for your Food Safety forms and how to set it up.
What is 'Repeat Mode'?
Repeat Mode allows you to complete multiple instances of a form consecutively. Instead of using repeating sections, you can activate Repeat Mode to save your form and immediately be prompted to fill out another. This eliminates the need to re-open or search for the form after completing one.
If you often log multiple forms at once, Repeat Mode is ideal for streamlining the process.
For example, if you receive multiple deliveries per day and prefer to log each one separately instead of in a single form, Repeat Mode saves you the hassle of manually finding the form each time.
Where is Repeat Mode helpful?
- Logging multiple delivery forms
- Completing cooking forms after each session
Note: Repeat Mode is only compatible with Ad-Hoc forms. It will not work on forms that are scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly.
How to Set Up Repeat Mode
- Log into the Admin Console (my.safefoodpro.com)
- Go to Forms
- Open the desired form by clicking the pencil icon (e.g., 'Receiving a Delivery')
- Click the Form Settings panel
- Under the Repeat Mode section, toggle the switch to turn it on (it will turn green)
- Click Save to apply your changes
Using Repeat Mode in the Mobile App
After logging into your Mobile App and completing the form, tap Save Final. You will be prompted with two options:
- Repeat to immediately load a new form
- I'm Done to exit the form
