What is the Group Administrator Access Level
When a Group Administrator logs into the web client they see a 'cut-down' version of the Administration console, where they can see a list of Organisations (or Sites) in their group.
A Group Administrator can create forms, resources, suppliers and equipment for a Group. They can create and delete Organisations in their Group. For each organisation they can view the form completion statistics and the Organisations dashboard.
Add New Group Administrator:
Group Administrator logins are used to access the Group Safe Food Pro Admin Console.
We have two types of Group Admin:
A Group Admin who can see all the organisations in your Group
A Restricted Group Manager who can see a subset of the organisations in your group as set by the Group admin.
To do this:
Log in to the Admin Console
Go to Staff & Users
Click the Green plus button to add the new user
Add the Mandatory details
Click Save
Restricted Group Admin User
This access level is designed to provide you with greater flexibility and control over your group admin access.
Add Restricted Group Manager:
Go to Group Admin Users in the main menu.
Click the Green plus button to add the new user.
Fill in their name, email address, and password
Check the Restricted Group Manager box
Select the required organisations they can view.

Note: Restricted Group Admin won't be able to see or edit Group Forms, Resources or Suppliers.
