The Suppliers page has been redesigned with an improved layout and experience:

Organisation and Group dashboard updates
The Organisation and Group dashboards have been updated to align with the rest of the admin console:
Improved navigation tabs consistent with other pages
Dashboard widgets and backgrounds now display in light mode, matching the rest of the admin console
Adding resources from the mobile app
Admins and Managers can now manage resources directly from the mobile app:
Add standalone items to the Resource Library, or assign resources to people, user groups, job roles, suppliers, supplier categories, equipment, equipment categories
Edit, move, and share resources with suppliers
The Resource Details page has been updated with more information and an improved layout
Workflows and approvals: Job Role support
Workflow steps and approvals can now be assigned to a Job Role:
Any staff member with that job role can complete the step or approve the form
Job Role to User Group inheritance is supported β if a User Group is assigned to a Job Role, staff in that role can also complete steps or approvals assigned to that User Group
Performance improvements
Summary reports based on forms, and form categories now load significantly faster. This improvement is most noticeable for organisations when generating reports over longer time periods.
Files revamp
We have updated how files are stored in Safe Food Pro. These changes are behind the scenes and should not affect how you use the product day to day.
Note: If you are using the Safe Food Pro mobile app on version 5.0.0, 5.0.1, or 5.0.2, you will not be able to download new resources for offline use until you update to v5.0.5. Resources already downloaded will continue to work normally.
Bug fixes and improvements
Fixed an issue where names manually entered in a Staff List - Select From question would not appear in the Form Report
Fixed an issue where editing a non-planned task generated from a schedule incorrectly allowed schedule changes to be made β those fields are now correctly read-only
Fixed a rare issue that could cause some users' login to fail
Fixed an issue where push notifications were being sent for organisations a user was no longer logged in to
Fixed an issue that could cause Temperature Profile question answers to grow too large, causing the question to fail
Fixed an issue where stale attachments would appear in resource approval emails if the resource had been updated or rejected during the approval process
Fixed the Summary Report not correctly reporting the Daily Temperature Check Summary
Fixed an issue where newly created entry points for the Visitor Register flow did not receive a code, preventing check-ins via those entry points
Fixed an issue with the contractor seat usage tracker not displaying correctly in the admin console
Added a Created On filter to the Tasks table in the admin console
Updated mobile Settings page styling for improved consistency
Updated tab styling on the Equipment and Profile pages for consistency across the app
Updated the Certs & Docs tab in the Incident Wizard and Equipment Details page with the latest component design
