New Look & Feel

We've revamped the Safe Food Pro Admin Console with a fresh design and new icons, making it even more user-friendly across different screen sizes.

Here’s what’s new:

Improved layouts ensure you can see everything clearly, no matter your browser's zoom level.

Updated Date Range selector on the Dashboard and Reports for smoother navigation.
A new 'Add New' button has been improved on the Equipment, Suppliers, Resources, and Users pages for quicker access.

We noticed that most of our users rely on the Completed Forms page in Reports. To make things easier, we've switched the positions of Completed Forms and Summary Reports for quicker access.

Corrective Action Menu Updates

Based on your feedback, we've improved the corrective actions menu to provide a clearer and more user-friendly experience. The menu now opens in full-screen mode, giving you ample space to review and address corrective actions efficiently.

To add a corrective action, simply click the "Add New" button in the top right corner.

For editing, just click on the corrective action to open it in full-screen mode, making it easier to access and update as needed.

50MB Resources

You've been asking, we've been listening. We've made the big leap from 5MB file resources to 50MB file resources. This will give you the ability to store even more in Safe Food Pro, making it the system that can host all of your Food Safety documents.

Bulk Upload all User Roles

We recently introduced Bulk Upload for Admin Users, and it was a hit! Now, we’ve expanded this feature to all User Roles. If you’ve got a new team of Staff or multiple admins to add, you can upload them all at once with our Bulk Upload feature, saving you time and hassle.

When Bulk Uploading Users, they will need to hit Forgot Password when logging in for the first time.

Performance Improvements

We're always working behind the scenes to keep Safe Food Pro running smoothly so your team can finish the job quickly. We've improved the loading speed for the Staff Training Summary Report.

Bug Fixes

As with every update, we fix any issues or improvements you and our team spot.

This update includes:

Fixed issues with form attachments, form list filters, and form builder escalation text.
Resolved problems with check-in feature settings, and site address field.
Corrected bugs in the Form Reports screen, including heat maps, PDF exports, and form visibility.
Addressed issues with user roles, email alerts, and Group Admin permissions.
Fixed problems with scheduled forms, hazard imports, and maintenance window screens.
Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
