Allocating Group Forms

Group Admins can manage the visibility and access of group forms, allowing them to keep their master form library private from individual organizations.

Group Form Access

This system helps Group Admins securely store their health and safety forms with complete privacy controls. These forms are not visible to any organization under that group and can only be shared using the form privacy workflow found in the Group Admin Console.

To do this:

  1. Log in to the Group Admin Console
  2. Go to the Organisation Tab
  3. Click on the Pencil Icon to edit the Org
  4. Click on the Food Plan Details tab
  5. Scroll down to the Form List section
  6. Select or Unselect the form to give access 
  7. Close & Done!
