Food allergies can result in life-threatening reactions that can occur within minutes of eating the food. You must know which foods you sell that can cause allergic reactions.

Upload a document containing the allergens in your food as a PDF or image (JPG).
Use the Ad Hoc "Allergens on the Menu" form.
Create your own custom form with a multi-choice allergen list to record allergens for each menu item/recipe.
Use the training form "Specific training of business procedure/method" to record when you train your staff about allergens.
Create a quiz to test your staff's knowledge of allergens on your menu.
To upload an Allergens Document:

Create a spreadsheet outlining your Menu and the allergens present in your menu
Save it as a PDF to your computer
Log into your Admin/Web Console
Head to the Resources page
Drag and drop your file into one of the folders on this page
Save your document
This can be viewed from the mobile app under the Resources page.
Note: you are also able to save your PDF as a Link if you have your allergens in a cloud based shared library (Google Drive, One Drive, Share Point etc.)
If changes are made to your menu, repeat the steps to upload your new allergens document.
