Editing an Existing Form

Customize your forms to fit the requirements of your business by editing and adding to them as necessary


A common example of this would be altering the Safe Food Pro Cleaning forms. We have provided a template version with examples of cleaning tasks, but now you'll need to alter this form to suit your business's cleaning needs. 


Edit Existing Form 

  1. Log in to the Web Console.
  2. Go to Forms
  3. Click on the Pencil Icon to edit
  4. You are then able to edit the scheduling and questions within a form.
  5. Save & Done!
Please Note: Back at the Form menu, your form will display without the green SFP* box beside it. This indicates that the form has been changed.

To add a New Question

  1. Click on the  'Question' icon.
  2. Type in your question.
  3. Add a prompt e.g. Task complete or done?
  4. Change the answer type
  5. If you want to make your question compulsory make sure the "Required" is displayed as a green button.


To Copy a Question

  1. Expand the question by clicking the drop-down button, which looks like a 'v'.
  2. Click on the 'Duplicate this question' icon next to the bin icon. 
  3. A copy of the question is inserted below the current question.
  4. Make changes to the text.
