Resource Playlists
The Resource Playlist feature allows you to automate the display of resources within forms, such as daily hygiene checks or staff training updates. Each time a form is scheduled, a new resource from the playlist will appear, making it easy to plan weeks in advance while staying flexible to add new priorities as needed.

How to Create a Playlist
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- Go to the Resources section.
- Select the Playlists tab.
- Click the Small Playlists header
- Select the orange Create New Playlist button
Assigning a Playlist to a Form
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- Go to the Forms section.
- Click the pencil icon beside the relevant form.
- Select the question button in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down and select the question type Selected Resource.
- Under Resource Type, select Playlist.
- Select the relevant playlist.
How to Rearrange, Restart, and Add to Playlists
Rearranging Resources in a Playlist
- Go to the relevant playlist.
- Click the 6 dots on the left side of the resource.
- Drag and drop the resource to the desired position in the sequence.
Restarting the Resource Sequence
- Click the 3 dots beside the Add to Playlist button.
- Select Restart Playlist.
Adding a Resource to a Playlist
- Select the playlist you want to add to.
- Click the orange Add to Playlist button.
- Choose a resource to add from your library.
Uploading a New Resource from Your Desktop
- Click the downward arrow beside the Add to Playlist button.
- Select Add Resource.
- Upload the resource from your desktop.
Note: Resources uploaded directly to a playlist will not appear in your general resource library.
